The Social Innovation Council includes a group of organisations that provide support for individuals facing financial hardship. We are working collaboratively to co-design, prototype and test a new shared digital platform which enables individuals to more easily access support, while also offering a step-change improvement to organisations providing them.
 

During the first phase of the Council (Jun-Dec 2021), the Council co-designed and launched the beta Application Portal which enables individuals to securely apply for multiple grants using a single profile.

The Council continues to work towards its end goal to build a more streamlined support ecosystem, enabling different support organisations to collaborate more effectively so the individuals they support can get the support they need, quickly and securely.
