At Lightning Reach, our mission is simple but urgent: make it easier for people in financial hardship to access the support they’re entitled to. With over 17 million people financially vulnerable in the UK and £23 billion in benefits and grants going unclaimed every year, the need for streamlined, accessible systems has never been greater.

Our portal already enables partners, like local authorities, housing associations and charities, to manage applications to their internal support schemes in one place. Now, with the launch of Lightning Deliver, they can go one step further: disburse financial support directly through the same platform.

This is something our partners have been asking for, and we’ve delivered.

What is Lightning Deliver?

Lightning Deliver is our new integrated fulfilment feature that allows partners to send vouchers and financial support directly through the Lightning Reach portal.

Until now, partners could receive and review applications via the portal, but had to manage awards separately. Now, with Lightning Deliver, the entire journey, from application to voucher fulfilment, can be completed in one streamlined system.

This reduces admin for staff, speeds up delivery to users, and brings everything together in a single, secure platform.

“Lightning Deliver streamlines the end-to-end journey from application to award for the first time within the sector. Now, organisations can go straight from reaching and assessing financially vulnerable clients, to delivering self-serve support into their pockets - all at the click of a few buttons.”  - Ren Yi Hooi, Founder & CEO, Lightning Reach

Why this matters for organisations and individuals

Lightning Deliver simplifies and strengthens how support is delivered. For organisations, it means no more jumping between systems or chasing manual processes. Vouchers can be sent with just a few extra clicks, backed by real-time reporting, auditability, and world-class security.

For individuals in crisis or under pressure, the benefits are immediate and tangible. All communications come through one trusted channel, with an intuitive, user-friendly experience to access and redeem vouchers. There’s no confusion, no extra logins, no lost letters. Just the support they need, faster.

“Lightning Deliver means fewer steps, fewer delays, and fewer people falling through the cracks. We’ve seen firsthand the difference that the Lightning Reach portal has made for organisations and those they serve alike, so we’re looking forward to offering this extra, crucial piece of the puzzle to take it that one step further.” - Rhiannon Sheridan, COO, Lightning Reach

One of the key features of casinos that do not require verification is modern technology. Pay'n Play platforms powered by Trustly and related services are used by many. This eliminates the need for registration forms No KYC Casino and enables instant withdrawals. Despite their efficacy, before playing, players should research operators to make sure safe practices and compliance with Dutch gaming regulations are followed.
