Our software team has been hard at work developing improvements inspired by your feedback. These updates are designed to make your day-to-day tasks simpler, safer, and more efficient. Here’s what’s new:

Report fraud directly in the platform

Fraud prevention is a growing priority for our partners and the wider sector - and we’ve listened. You can now flag potentially fraudulent applications directly within the platform using our new “Fraudulent” button.

Once submitted, our team will review each report on a case-by-case basis and keep you informed on the outcome. This marks the first step in a wider initiative to strengthen fraud detection, helping you act quickly and ensuring that funds reach those who genuinely need them.

Delete awards easily

We know that mistakes happen - whether it’s duplicate awards or incorrect details. With our new update, you can now delete awards directly within the portal, without needing workarounds or manual support.

This update helps keep your records clean, supports accurate reporting, and gives you more control over your data.

Awards can be deleted in the applicant manager via the edit button

(Please note: awards fulfilled through Lightning Deliver can’t be deleted, as vouchers are sent instantly and can’t be retracted.)

Coming (very) soon: Track voucher redemptions with ease

Transparency and impact tracking are key, so we’re putting the finishing touches on a new voucher redemption reporting feature for Lightning Deliver.

Every two weeks, the system will automatically check which vouchers have been redeemed and update your reporting dashboards. This will give you clear, up-to-date visibility into fulfilment, making it easier to measure your programme’s reach and impact.

To pre-register your interest for this feature, please contact your Lightning Reach Customer Success Manager or email us at hello@lightningreach.org.

We’d love your feedback
