Our software team has been hard at work developing improvements inspired by your feedback. These updates are designed to make your day-to-day tasks simpler, safer, and more efficient. Here’s what’s new:


More support options to save money on bills


Users will now see a dedicated ‘Looking to save money on your bills?’ section within the Support Match screen. This brings together hard-to-find social tariffs, offers and deals from partners aligned with our mission, helping applicants discover more ways to save money and reduce everyday living costs.

Feedback from our users so far has been positive, so expect more from us in this space moving forwards!

More accurate location matching


One of the ways we find personalised support schemes for each user is by looking at their location. We’ve just updated to the latest ONS dataset, which means that users will more accurately be matched to schemes in their local area. This will reduce cases where people are shown support they are not eligible for due to location.
