We’re now ISO 27001 certified
We’re proud to share that Lightning Reach is now ISO/IEC 27001 certified, following an independent audit by Tempo Audits.
We achieved certification with zero non-conformities, a brilliant result for our team and an important milestone as we continue to grow.
Why this matters
We help people access financial support and give organisations the infrastructure they need to deliver that support faster and with less admin. With that comes an important responsibility to protect the information people and our partners trust us with.
ISO 27001 is the internationally recognised standard for information security management. Our certification provides independent assurance that we have the right processes in place to identify and manage information security risks and protect the information we handle.
Building trust as we grow
Security has always been an important part of how we build Lightning Reach. Achieving ISO 27001 gives our partners additional confidence in the systems and processes behind our platform.
It’s also an ongoing commitment. We’ll continue to review and improve our approach to information security, with independent surveillance audits taking place throughout our certification period.
For us, it’s another step towards building a simpler, trusted way for organisations to deliver financial support and for people to access it with dignity and ease.
