Why use the service?

  • Regulated advice: SNG works with a trusted National Money Partner to provide regulated advice. This means that if you'd prefer to speak with an independent expert outside of SNG, you can access free, tailored support at no cost to you. Depending on your situation, we can also refer you for a Debt Solution, ensuring you get the right help for your needs.
  • Confidentiality: The team know discussing financial struggles can be sensitive. Your interactions with them are confidential, and they’ll only share information with your consent.

Who are Lightning Reach?

SNG have partnered with Lightning Reach to manage applications for their Debt Advice service. Lightning Reach is a financial support portal which makes it easy for people to discreetly find and apply for a wide range of personalised support in one place. As well as applying for SNG's scheme, you can use Lightning Reach to find over 2500 support schemes including grants, benefits, help with bills and other vital resources.
